Sacred Heart School is organizing a Community Service Day for the students. They would like to thank our parishioners for all they do for the school. If you, or someone you know, could benefit from our students' assistance in raking leaves, please call Barb at the School Office 432-4124.
The staff and parishioners of Sacred Heart would like to thank Marilou Krumm for her many years of service on our Reception Committee.
With Marilou's departure the parish is in need of a person (or two) who would be willing to head up this committee. Please contact the parish office for more information.
The rain showers dissipated on October 14, 2017 to allow a public rosary rally to be held on the grounds of Sacred Heart Parish near 12th St and Story St. This event was held in conjunction with other rallies around the world as requested by Our Lady during the Apparitions at Fatima. The special intentions were for peace in our world and for reparation of sins. Thank you to the parishioners that organized this event and the clergy who were present, Deacons Darwin Messerly and Scott Steffen.
Join us in the Parish Hall for coffee, rolls, and fellowship after 8 am Mass.
You may drop off your items at the Ryan Gym on Saturday, November 11 from 9-1 pm. If you are unable to come during those hours you may bring them to the parish office or make arrangements with Deb Weber 515.212.1511 for boutique items or Beth Titman 432.8274 for country store donations.
